Joanne L. Goulka (Email - jgoulka@griffinandgoulka.com ) - Joanne is 1971 graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and a 1974 graduate of Boston University Law School. She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1974.
Joanne was a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court for one year and then joined Merrimack Valley Legal Services, Inc. as a litigation attorney. In 1977, Joanne joined the firm of Kunian, Savrann, Miller and Grossman in Boston as a litigation associate. In 1979 she left that firm to join GRIFFIN & GOULKA. Joanne has substantial jury trial experience involving a variety of bodily injury cases, personal injury cases, insurance coverage cases, construction cases, employment cases, product liability cases, divorce and other matters. Joanne is also experienced in appellate work and in ADR.
Joanne is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and to the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Joanne has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the Defense Research Institute. Joanne is approved as an arbitrator by the Superior Court.
