We are a full service law firm which provides a wide range of services in both civil and criminal matters in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts. We have modern, bright offices in Worcester in the historic former District Court / Police Station building, in the heart of the revitalized downtown area.
We are located within a few minutes of both the state and federal courts. The
firm has a long and distinguished history in greater Worcester and throughout
Massachusetts. While we are best known for our work in civil and criminal
litigation, we also represent clients in matters not involving litigation,
including computer and internet related issues, commercial and business
transactions, appearances before state agencies, settlement counseling,
arbitration, and mediation.
Our goal is to provide our clients with effective and focused legal
representation. While we have extensive trial experience, we are aware that many
matters can, and should be, resolved short of trial. We work toward obtaining
the right resolution for your particular case.
We have experience with a wide variety of legal matters. We have extensive litigation experience and regularly participate in proceedings in both state and federal court at the trial and appellate level. We nevertheless realize that many cases can, and should, be resolved short of trial and work with our clients to accomplish this in those cases in which it is practical to do so. Whatever your legal need, please feel free to contact us. There is no charge for an initial consultation.
The fields of law in which we practice include:
Personal Injury Law (Motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents,
products liability, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, premises
liability and negligent supervision cases)

state and federal court)
Medical Malpractice (Cases involving negligent treatment or lack of
treatment by doctors, nurses, clinics, hospitals, or other health care
providers)
