R called and spoke with Lisa Cotter at the District Attorney Office and explained what R was informed of by Investigator Fernando Lazu.  R told her that Mr. Lazu stated that through his investigation he learned that Director Maria Cupo was operating outside of her limited school age license.  failed to provide supervision to staff members.  no reference check were done on Mr. Garcia.

R then told Mr. Lazu that back in April of this year XXX and XXX of the XXX were at Piccolo Mondo for the Chip program.  R than asked to take a short cut through the building to get to the other building housing the Leominster School Department.  As R exited Piccolo Mondo and entered a rear hallway children were sitting in the hallway on the floor whit an adult and appeared to be having a class here.  This is when Mr. Lazu stated that was a violation of her operating outside of a license area.

Mr. Lazu then said in his investigation he learned that the Director had hindered and miss led in the investigation of the allegations made the children XXX XXXX and XXX XXXXXXX. 

After receiving this information R filing this mandatory report because the caretaker Piccolo Mondo (Director Maria Cupo) R feel is neglectful of the children under her care.

R called and verbally filed this report with Gary Trant intake at DSS This report will be faxed today.
