ORDER: The Court finds that the nature of the parties, the

particulars of the controversy, the privacy interests involved, the

interests of the community and the reasons as enunciated in the

affidavits filed in support of the motion of all parties for a

permanent order impounding all of the papers in this action, all

represent good cause shown for the issuance of a permamenet order of

impoundment - Therefore, the Court issued a permanent order of

impoundment, which Order shall include the cover sheet, complaint,

summons, motions for impoundment and affidavits in support thereof,

the docket sheet, all orders of the court and all other pleadings

filed by any party in this action (Flannery,J)
