Neil Harrington Jr. "The head" of the
Seeds of Hope has been sent a letter after leaving a message to
former Seeds member: he wishes to contact Worcester
Voice to tell his side.
According to phone records at no time
did Neil Harrington Jr. call the Worcester Voice since
he left his message on September 22, 2007 with former
seeds member William Fortin.
In order to assist those who are
suffering in faith, due to Neil's actions a letter was
sent to Neil allowing him the opportunity to present his
version of truth.
The letter
begins, I write to you in
regards to your messages that you wish to speak to the
Worcester Voice. You stated you want to “tell your side
of the story” and so the Worcester Voice wishes to
extend to you the opportunity.
I am reaching out to you
in the spirit of God’s Love, to allow you to set forth
in truthfulness and honesty your account in the
following as a fellow pilgrim in Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Neil, you
have stated the Blessed Mother Mary has called John J.
Szantyr a blessed priest and she has thanked him for his
blessings that he has given to the people who have
gathered at the prayer cenacles.
In charity
and as a member of Christ’s Body I ask: “How can it be
that the Blessed Virgin Mother would not know Fr John
Szantyr has been acting in direct contradiction to his
Bishop’s sanctions and the teachings of our Roman
Catholic Church?
Also, it is
the right of the faithful to know if Fr John Szantyr has
a letter from a Bishop that grants him faculties. I
am asking you to produce this letter for all to see

Call from Neil Harrington's home,
using Seeds of Hope phone number made by unidentified
Seeds member.
Saturday night at 9:44PM a phone call was
made to the Worcester Voice in regards to the letter
sent to Neil Harrington Jr. regarding his message which
stated he wanted to talk to the Worcester Voice on
September 22, 2007. (Hear message below)
Sat 10/6/07 9:44 PM
Answered (413) 782-0590
duration 45:00
Based on this phone call another letter
has been sent to the Seeds of Hope followers for
clarification of what appeared to be nothing more an
attempt to present twisted facts in order to avoid
accountability.
As the phone call originated from Neil
Harrington's home his failure to speak based on the fact
he represents himself as "the head" appears
questionable at best.
The
letter reads in part: I was surprised and taken back
that you, supposedly an informed member representing the
Seeds of Hope contacted me without any prior knowledge
of Neil’s request to speak to the Worcester Voice.

Judge David Ricciardone issues
ruling in Szantyr case.
Judge
David Ricciardone has issued his ruling based on the
motion filed by the defense
during the last court hearing September 25, 2007.
During that hearing defense attorney
Edward P. Ryan Jr.,
of Fitchburg argued that he needed
additional discovery material in order to proceed regarding
the latest competency evaluation of Fr John J Szantyr.
This would be the third competency
evaluation since being arraigned in 2003 regarding two
separate Worcester district court cases
(docket 0362CR005196
docket 0362CR008722)involving four counts of indecent
assault and battery on a child less than fourteen years of
age.
Dec. 16, 2004 a preliminary
psychological examination was scheduled. Those results were
presented to the court on February 17, 2005 redacted. The
redaction according to Assistant District Attorney (ADA)
Joseph J. Reilly III, occurred because former Worcester ADA
Harry Quick who had joined Defense Attorney Edward Ryan in
private practice failed to inform John Szantyr of his legal
rights prior to the evaluation.
The Szantyr case was then scheduled
for trial on July 25, 2005. On July 21, 2005 Defense
Attorney
Edward P. Ryan Jr., filed with the court a motion to
continue the case based on a letter from
Dr Raymond A. Mabasa
which wrote he was a personal friend of John Szantyr and
based his opinion John Szantyr was near physical exhaustion
and unable to comprehend he was to stand trial. Further
evaluation of the credentials of Dr Mabasa reveled he is
listed in
Connecticut registry of physicians as a surgeon and not
a primary care physician.
ADA Joseph J. Reilly III then took a
year to have another psychological examination conducted.
Worcester ADA Joseph J. Reilly III this time chose Dr John
M. Murphy a neurologist from
Connecticut for a psychological examination.
On September 12, 2006 Dr John M.
Murphy was only cross examined by ADA Joseph J. Reilly III.

Trial to
begin for activist accused of shoving protester
Judge
to rule on reporter’s testimony
WORCESTER— Testimony was scheduled to
begin today in the trial of Larry Cirignano, the former
executive director of Catholic Citizenship, who allegedly
shoved a counter-demonstrator to the ground during an
anti-gay-marriage rally in December.
Mr. Cirignano, 51, of Arlington, Va., is
facing assault and battery and civil rights violation
charges as a result of his alleged actions at the Dec. 16
City Hall rally that was held to urge state legislators to
allow a referendum on same-sex marriage. Mr. Cirignano, then
the head of the Boston-based group Catholic Citizenship, was
a speaker at the afternoon rally..........
Additional legal maneuvering is being
reported by Mass
Resistance
A Criminal complaint has been filed by Shari
Worthington against Sarah Loy for "disturbing
a public assembly"
So the (Worcester) Assistant District
Attorney, Joseph Quinlan, came to Loy's aid and filed a
"motion to continue" - to move Larry's trial until after her
hearings and/or trial. And Quinlan filed an accompanying
affidavit stating that in his opinion the criminal complaint
against Loy "lacks any merit." (Obviously, it's clear he
won't be pursuing anything against Loy with any vigor --
your tax dollars at work.)
Quinlan's motion to continue
A hearing was held this past Tuesday on
Assistant DA Quinlan's motion to continue. Interestingly,
the judge ruled against Quinlan
Michael Gilleran's opposition to motion to continue

Witness says
protester tripped, and wasn’t pushed by suspect
WORCESTER—
Counterdemonstrator Sarah Loy tripped and fell at a Dec. 16
anti-gay marriage rally outside City Hall and was not pushed
to the pavement by Larry Cirignano, one of the speakers at
the event, a jury was told yesterday.
Debora McCarthy of Worcester testified at Mr. Cirignano’s
Central District Court trial that Ms. Loy was “coming
through the crowd of her own will” when she tripped over Ms.
McCarthy’s daughter’s foot and went down. Ms. Loy pushed
herself up, looked around, dropped back down to the pavement
and began chanting, “ ‘This is what hate does. This is what
hate does,’ ” according to Ms. McCarthy..........
She said she tried to relate what she had seen to police
officers at the rally, but was told by the officers that
they “were all set.” ........
“She tripped over my foot,” Venerini Academy student Lauren
McCarthy said of Ms. Loy yesterday. A 5-feet 9-inch tall
basketball player who wears a size 11 shoe, Miss McCarthy
testified that no one had their hands on Ms. Loy’s shoulders
prior to the fall.........
Mr. Cirignano was also charged with interfering with Ms.
Loy’s civil rights, but that charge was thrown out yesterday
by Judge David P. Despotopulos, who allowed a defense motion
for a required finding of not guilty.

Jury finds
tripping, not a push
Rally leader found not guilty of assault
WORCESTER—
Larry Cirignano, the former executive director of Catholic
Citizenship, was acquitted yesterday on a charge of
assaulting a counter-demonstrator at a Dec. 16 anti-gay
marriage rally in front of City Hall.
A six-member jury deliberated for about seven hours over two
days in Central District Court before finding the
51-year-old Mr. Cirignano not guilty on a charge of assault
and battery......
While Ms. Loy and Mr. Cirignano declined to comment on the
verdict, Mr. Gilleran described it in a prepared written
statement as “fortunate for Mr. Cirignano and the law.”
“We believe the overwhelming evidence was that the
complainant in this case, Sarah Loy, tripped over someone’s
foot and was not pushed by Lawrence Cirignano,” the
statement read.
“It’s not a victory for our cause. It’s just justice,” Mr.
Gilleran told reporters.

Seeds of Hope
ministry fail to address issues.
Neil Harrington Jr.
self-proclaimed visionary and head of the Seeds of Hope
ministry has failed to provide any documentation
regarding the issue currently being investigated
concerning his organization.
Neil has instead
motivated other individuals to contact the Voice
regarding his so-called visionary abilities. Neil
himself has remained silent. His silence speaks
volumes.
The video below
displays Neil during years of his presentation. If you
listen carefully you can hear Neil say “when I see the
Blessed Virgin Mary”, and then later Neil claims, “When
I imagine Mary…”
The Voice has
received telephone calls, emails and voice messages all
concerning Neil who is influencing his associates to
contact the Voice declaring he is being falsely
persecuted.
The Tuesday night
prayer cenacle in Enfield was not the Seeds of Hope
ministry. No comparison of the two separate entities,
which did occur for four years, can be accurate as the
subject matters were separate.
Between 1994 and
1998 Neil’s Seeds of Hope ministry did meet in a few
different locations. All of these locations were within
the Springfield Diocese.
Neil’s Seeds of Hope
ministry in which Fr John Szantyr was publicly projected
as the “spiritual director” focused on “twelve chosen
men” shortly after the 1998 purchase of Neil’s 33
Garland Street home, the Seeds of Hope ministry has been
solely housed in this location.
Not one person who
has contacted the Voice can actually supply any of the
requested information Neil was asked to make available.
Instead they appear to be blindly following Neil in an
almost cultist loyalty. Neil has instead tried to twist
words with no real purpose other than to escape facing
the true issues at hand.
