This twenty plus page guide will spell out the do's and don'ts when it comes to protecting you and your family regarding accusations of abuse of neglect by the Department of Social Service.

Also contained within the booklet is a pull out page which is a school  protection letter that will protect your children when they are at school.

This will also stop school officials from questioning your children or allowing others to question them without proper parental or legal representation.  I.E. before they make self incriminating statements that could result in suspension and or expulsion from school.

This booklet is a self help guide for those who feel confident enough to challenge the system without the assistance of an advocate or legal representation.

The cost for this booklet is twenty-five dollars ($25.00) which can be inestimable if it saves your children for months of abuse at the hands of governmental officials who use our children in Massachusetts as a source of profit. Yes, profit one of the best kept secrets in Massachusetts is the State actually profits by placing children in Foster care.

Last year (2006) alone 8,000 children were taken from all they know and love and placed into strange foster homes. They are denied telephone calls and visits which on average no matter what the reason for removal is never more than once a week and on average usually is once a month.

Children in foster care are two thirds more likely to become the victim of abuse or neglect than in biological homes.

Once in the foster care system your parental rights can be terminated after one year if you have not completed all the task assigned to you by DSS in what they call a service plan.

On average it can take up to one year to get a Fair Hearing, your one chance to dispute to a third party what DSS has determined meet the "reasonable standards" for supporting your for abuse or neglect.

For new mothers learn who is watching you in the hospital and what certain agencies are nothing more than eyes watching your every move waiting to file a 51A to take your baby away. Babies are the easiest for DSS to adopt and the hardest case to win in court.

Did you know Juvenile judges can not over rule DSS in court!

This book also explains your rights when it comes to the investigation of a child abuse charge. The most important is remain silent. Do not answer any questions that do not pertain to the actual charge which they must read to you upon your request.
