The following are a collage of photographs taken at the Massachusetts Turnpike West, Sturbridge rest area on September 12, 2006 within one hour of Rev. John J. Szantyr having appeared in Worcester District court in wheel chair presenting to the court he was unable to stand trial due to the debilitating effects related to his neurological conditions, Parkinson`s disease.

At the September 12th hearing in Worcester District court according to Michael H. who also alleges he was sexually assaulted in 1969 by Rev John J Szantyr, it was presented that Mr. Szantyr condition required daily assistance by caregivers, to eat, cloth himself ect,. His condition was described as so incapacitating that he would not be mentally capable to stand trial.

Worcester Assistant District Attorney Joseph J. Reilly III was immediately notified of the walking and functioning of John J Szantyr on September 12, 2006. One week later ADA Reilly was contacted again and told of the photos, walking, talking, and eating. ADA Reilly never replied.
